Assalamualaikum.

Tarikh cantik sekadar tarikh. Yang penting sebenarnya adalah untuk bersyukur setiap hari. Seburuk mana pun hari yang kita lalui, kita masih belum mati kan? Maka, ucap Alhamdulillah. Harini tarikh cantik, kita rasa harini istimewa. Tapi sebenarnya hari-hari pun istimewa. Sebabnya setiap hari adalah hari baru yang kita dah takkan dapat putar balik masa yang lalu. 

 Yang paling dekat = MATI

 Yang paling jauh = MASA LALU

 Yang paling besar = HAWA NAFSU

 Yang paling berat = AMANAH

 Yang paling ringan = MENINGGALKAN SOLAT

 Yang paling tajam = LIDAH

Makanya kalau mahu berubah, tak perlu tunggu azam tahun baru. Kalau nak berhijrah, tak perlu tunggu lepas dah kahwin, nak tunggu pasangan kita bimbing. Mulakan sekarang. Tunggu apa lagi kan? Sebab mati sekali tapi hidup ada dua kali. Baik hidup di dunia, baiklah hidup di akhirat nanti. Persoalannya, dah cukup baik ke? Kalau belum, "inilah masanya untuk kalau buat benda betul, teruskan. Kalau buat benda salah, ubah."

Ahmad is a good boy that reminds us about Allah, about Islam, about how to stay positive and how to live this life according to the good Islamic values and above all, Ahmad reminds us that Islam is the best way of life. Ahmad also has a sister name Ayesha. Both of them are lovely.

I'm just like a little kid that need to be reminded everyday because sometimes when there's too much that I need to remember, I tend to forget all of them. Thanks to Ahmad with this 100 reminders. They were colourful and used simple words. So I can remember them easily. 

I also had printed out these 100 of "Ahmad says..." and put them on my wall so that I can read everytime I see them. InsyaAllah, with this reminders, I can always renew my intention. Not only me, but everyone. We aim to be a better Muslim. Biiznillah. =)

This "Ahmad Says..." project is still keep on going. May Allah grants rewards to Brotherhood Arts's team for this wonderful efforts of spreading daawah in a creative way. Remember Allah in the time of ease so that Allah will remember us in the time of hardship. ^^

Usaha Kunci Kejayaan, Malas Kunci Kegagalan

Usaha kunci kejayaan bermakna kalau kita berusaha untuk dapatkan sesuatu, kita mesti berjaya. Ya? Oh tak semestinya macam tu. Ada jugak usaha yang tak berjaya. Tapi itu namanya ujian. Sebabnya, bila dah usaha, lepastu tak berjaya, adakah kita akan rasa nak give up? No. Kita makin rasa nak usaha dan kalau kita masih tak dapat apa yang kita nakkan tu, mungkin benda yang kita nak tu tak bagus untuk kita atau mungkin sebab kita dah dapat apa yang kita perlu.

Kunci yang sebenarnya adalah iman. Sentiasa letakkan kepercayaan yang tertinggi pada Allah bila kita usahakan sesuatu tu. Nak tahu kenapa ramai antara kita selalu kecewa? Sebab bila kita usahakan sesuatu, aimed kita cuma untuk benda tu je. Jadinya bila tak dapat, kita akan kecewa. Kita akan cakap "Aku dah usaha pun tetap tak berjaya. Allah memang tak adil." See. If we don't have faith in Allah, we will be sad when things didn't go as we planned and we always looking for something to blame.

Hidup ni adalah ujian. Jadinya, kunci untuk menghadapi ujian tu adalah dengan usaha. Kalau kita malas, memang kita terus akan gagal. Bayangkan kalau Rasulullah tak berusaha, rasa malas dan terus give up bila apa yang nak disampaikan tak berjaya, adakah Islam akan berkembang macam sekarang?

Malas tu adalah bila rasa taknak buat sesuatu sebab taknak rasa susah. Orang malas cuma mahu bersenang lenang tanpa lakukan apa-apa. Malas adalah penyakit yang cuma boleh diubati dengan usaha saja. Usaha untuk jadi rajin. Bila kita rasa nak buat sesuatu yang baik tu, teruskan buat. Bila kita fikir banyak sangat, last-last nanti mesti tak jadi nak buat.

Tak tahulah kenapa jadual final exam sem ni disusun macam ni. Minggu ni, final exam dah bermula untuk warga UIA. Walaupun baru je habis kelas, presentation, assignment, second test, apa semua last week, tapi minggu ni tetap dah terus start final exam. Ya, UIA takde revision period.

Taknak complain apa. Mahu jadi student yang bersyukur. Cuma, mohon supaya pihak UIA boleh susun jadual final betul-betul dan bagi je revision period dekat student untuk sem akan datang. It's a win-win situation. Student takde benda nak stress dan boleh perform well in finals. InsyaAllah. =)

Boleh dikatakan, this semester is the toughest one ever. Habis je sem ni nanti, terus start praktikal. Habis je praktikal nanti, terus masuk sem baru jadi final year student. No more holiday. Whoa.

Pernah jugak terfikir nak quit study law few times. But then it kept me thinking again, any course pun susah. I just need to be a tough person. Keep on fighting. Never give up. May Allah helps me to go through this.

Oh ya sekarang kita dah dalam bulan Rejab. Lagi 60 hari je nak ke Ramadhan. Ya Allah, sampaikanlah kami ke bulan Ramadhan. Selamat mengqada' puasa atau selamat puasa sunat. Semoga kita semua dapat jumpa Ramadhan tahun ni. =)

You Are Your Own Everything

You are your own everything because, whatever good or bad thing happens to you, it is depends on how you choose to react to the situation. You are your own HERO. You are your own happiness. You are your own sadness. You are your own strength. You are your own weakness. You are your own motivator. You are your own friend, enemy, love, etc.

But that doesn't mean you don't need other people. People need other people. That's why Allah created Hawa for Adam in the Jannah eventhough Jannah is so perfect and Adam can wish for anything he wants. You can have other people to support you, to give advices to you. But then again, it all will back to the basic, YOU YOURSELF. Doesn't matter how others love you, care about you, treat you good or bad, you need to control yourself on how to response to all those things.

You are your own problem, but you are also your own hero. When you have problem, you need to be a hero and try to fix yourself first in order to settle the problem because the problem comes within yourself. According to Charles R Swindoll, life is only 10% of what happens to you and another 90% of how you react to it. Your attitude is the key to success.

When something bad happened to you, don't ever think that Allah is unfair because according to Surah Al-Baqarah 2:286 "Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity." So, if Allah knows you are strong enough to handle the trouble, why did you feel you are so weak and can't handle it? Have faith in Him is the key to your heart.

Plus, if you be patient with all the trial or the test, you will earn rewards from Him. In Surah Al-Baqarah 2:155 "Be sure We shall test you with something of fear and hunger, some loss in goods or lives or the fruits (of your toil); but give glad tidings to those who patiently persevere".

Allah can makes everything so perfect if He wants to, means that, you can have a life without any difficulties, but then, without any test from Him, how can you learn to be brave and strong, right? What is the purpose of your life? If life is so easy, Allah will not create this Dunya. Allah will just let you live in Jannah. Because this Dunya isn't Jannah, that is why it is full of hardship.

When you've been through a difficulty, it is a good time for you to ponder, how good is your relationship with Him? Maybe you have gone so far from Him and He tests you as a reminder to return to Him. Or maybe the test is the kafarah for your sins from the past. Whatever it is, if you try so hard to go through it and struggle through it, insyaAllah, it can strengthen your Iman.

Allah has a plan for you and for everyone. No one is forgotten. Allah did not left you behind and everyone face different difficulties but how you manage to control yourself through it makes you different from others. He tests you means He loves you. He's giving you a chance to make things right instead of having to suffer in the Akhirah. Trial means a chance to repentance. So you should be grateful everytime He tests you. =)

Bear in mind, if your problem is big, other people's problem may be bigger but you didn't know. Because when they have problem, they didn't go whining about it all over the internet, but instead they try to be silent, stay calm and try to strengthen their relations with Allah.

Actually, this past few weeks had been so tough for me since many bad things did happened. I got a warning letter, I didn't do well in my mid-terms and presentations, my lecturer scolded me in front of class, I didn't manage to add any final year subjects during pre-reg, my memory card corrupted and I lost everything that I saved including my assignments and blabla many other bad stuffs.

Yeah, so hard. I felt down. I felt sad. I felt like giving up. I felt like wanna quit studying laws. I hate myself. But hating myself does not change anything if I didn't try to change my attitude. Me myself is my own problem. Sigh.

You should never hate yourself when something bad happen to you. Instead of trying to blame yourself because of your carelessness, or your bad luck, it is better for you to calm yourself down and think of any positive reasons. Sometimes, when you feel down, you always think that there is no way that you can be happy again but Allah always helps you out.

I realized that I should never hate myself. In order to love other people, you need to love yourself first. If you hate yourself, how can you spread the love to other people? Most importantly, you need to love the Creator of yourself. Be grateful to Allah that you're still alive. Then, you will feel the need to love yourself. Hatred is not good for our heart. Keep calm and spread the love. ♥ 

Now Everyone Can Doodle - Doodle Tutorial Using Paint Tool SAI

Assalamualaikum. Alhamdulillah, sekarang ni dah 1000 orang yang like page Satu Hari Satu Doodle setelah hampir 4 bulan bermula dari doodle puasa dulu. Hehe. So bersempena dah ramai yang menyokong doodle aku yang huduh ni, aku nak bagitahu beberapa perkara:

#1 Sebenarnya, doodle atas kertas lagi senang daripada doodle guna mouse kat komputer. 

#2 Doodle ni boleh di-improve kalau rajin praktis. 

#3 Idea boleh datang secara tiba-tiba bila tengok environment or doodle orang lain tapi bukan tiru. Jadikan sumber inspirasi cukuplah. 

#4 Setiap orang ada identiti doodle dia sendiri. Sebab tu doodle kadang-kadang nampak sepesen. And kalau bosan, dia akan cuba ubah gaya baru. Try and error. Try and succeed. 

#5 Orang kata benda kalau dah minat, menghadap 24/7 pun tak ada masalah. Tapi kalau penyakit malas dah datang, minat macam mana pun, cannot go. So, keyword penting; kena RAJIN dan ISTIQAMAH.

Bersempena 1K pengelike, aku rasa berbaik hati nak bagitahu tutorial untuk men-doodle guna Paint Tool SAI (Full version, full function software. Bukan trial) dan Photoscape. Kalau tak ada Paint Tool SAI silalah download sebab ianya sangat user-friendly. Memang dah ramai yang tahu. Tapi untuk yang tak tahu, lepas ni, boleh lah korang doodle comel-comel sendiri kan kan? =)

Banyak lagi function Paint Tool SAI ni sebenarnya tapi aku bagitahu yang basic cukuplah kan. Sebabnya, aku pun pandai basic je. Kalau nak advance sikit, kena explore sendiri. Dekat youtube ada banyak gila tutorial guna Paint Tool SAI.

Dan mostly doodler akan guna Paint, Paint Tool SAI, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator dan kalau yang lagi advance tu, macam-macam lah lagi software yang ada kan?

Dulu, sebelum pandai guna Paint Tool SAI, aku doodle guna Paint je. Haha. Sumpah kelakar bila tengok doodle zaman awal-awal dulu. Dengan senget bengetnya. Main hentam je.

Dulu main hentam je saiz brush lepas tu tangan asyik parkinson lah pulak kan. Untuk pengetahuan, semua doodle aku ni guna mouse je.

Sebenarnya, aku lagi suka sketch doodle dalam buku. Aku ada banyak buku penuh dengan doodle. Bila aku rajin sikit baru aku transfer ke komputer. Tapi selalunya malas, sebab tu jarang ada doodle baru. Buat koleksi buku doodle jelah. :)

Apapun, harap-harap basic tutorial aku ni membantu sedikit sebanyak sesiapa yang minat mendoodle tu. Selamat mendoodle. Semoga boleh menjadi doodler awesome seperti mereka-mereka (You Know Who)
